about

The band Sense Of Porpoise released their first cd online on March 13th, and featured the song "Loser". That song was covered and released by Strangelove on April 6th, 2012, and takes a dark and strange twist that the original avoided.

lyrics

Lately I have been feeling
That I do the things that losers do
If I think so it must be true
I guess i must be a loser too

I looked up a definition
It confirmed my suspicion
I am not a new addition
To the loser way

Because the world doesn't need any more winners
Because the world doesn't need any more ceo's
Because the world doesn't need any more college graduates
I'm glad I wont turn into one of those

Every week I spend 5 dollars
I live with my ma and father
I go to shows and stay out light
So why shouldn't this be great

Bum around this town all day
Don't think about either way
I just sit around and listen to more people say
Get a fucking job

I am a tobacco user
and an alcohol abuser
If these things make me a loser
I guess you are too.

"Smoky twilight songs from the acid-soaked side of the Rocky Mountains" -Skogsgospel Blog

Crusty ravings implying convention.
Misguided attacks against musical intention.
A hundred synchronized partials.
A cemetery around a hospital.
A pacified jesus.
No dance tracks.
Diffusion of colors.
Only dance tracks.
Colorado based.
